I hung a cute little birdhouse out on the patio, then realized it was just going to contribute to House Wrens outcompeting Bewick's Wrens, as they threaten to everywhere. So I put it on the ground so they wouldn't find it. Then it started getting used by House Mice. -:( the house always wins
