We can watch individual states taking it upon themselves to do individual bans. But we can also reasonably expect that we'll be seeing nationwide bans put forward by (at the very least the nuttier components of) the House GOP caucus. And that Trump would get behind them depending on his whims.

We'll leave it to the states, because that's what democracy entails. And if you're worried about it being too much work for the states, good new, the decision was made for them 150 years ago!!
