the polls are weird this year and don’t line up with anything, and frequently don’t even line up with each other. either campaigning fundamentals are horribly broken or polling is.

Killing Roe broke their likely voter model, and thus polling. Dems keep outperforming in special elections since that.

I would be way more concerned about the polls if a) the polls hadn't undercounted Democrats for the last 2+ years. b) Democrats hadn't performed above expectations in every single election for the last 2+ years. I don't want to be an UnSkEw ThE pOlLs guy, but the polling has been trash.
