I know exactly where you are coming from, Anna. I lived London, LA, and NY and used to envy the BBQ crowd. Now, I'm on the UK south-east coast and love the space.

Thanks, Kate, I saute them for about 40 secs in a little olive oil and find that helps.

We call is rapeseed oil, here. I'm surrounded by rape fields. As odd as it sounds nobody seems to be bothered by it.

The exterior doesn't get too hot and is fairly well insulated. However, we did move it next to the brick wall.

I used to visit a Lebanese spot in London which called them Lebanese pizza. They made some of the best Lahmacun I have tasted. I'm going to make some. Do you. have a recipe, Naz?

Thanks, it's a Ooni Karu 12g. I wanted one with multi-fuel capabilities for charcoal, wood, and gas. So far so good. I'm going to be using it this week to make fajitas.

I am experimenting with a new pizza oven. This #sourdough #pizza with a San Marzano tomato sauce, fior di latte mozzarella, red onion and mushrooms. The crust edge got a little dark (it cooked in 2 minutes) but tasted superb.
