Yup! I always remember it today. Do I shitpost? Sure. But I've never said anything that would cause me insane public embarrassment, lead to legal trouble, or cost me my job. Meanwhile you've got people here saying certain people should get the guillotine.

I’m now much less concerned with statements ending up on the front page of major newspapers but it helps internalize a standard of posting. Every time I’ve been intemperate, I regret it.
