I'm increasingly pissed off at the govt blaming KiwiRail engineers for not keeping clearly past it infrastructure functional way past it's Use By date, when you can guarantee they've been begging for help for decades.

The problem for this govt's attempts to blame the Ardern govt for infrastructure failings is simply that Ardern's 6yrs in office was clearly dominated by urgent, vital, public needs which they addressed. Key's National? Yeah, nah

I follow a number of union pages on the face blab. Maritime union (MUNZ) have always been clear about what is going on within the sector, ferries included. Good way to get info that you can't always get via media.
