How do they manage to do such a bad job of everything? Like, DWM is GPU rendered. I’m sure a modern GPU, even the worst iGPU, is capable of having a tiny sprite/layer ready in time for the next frame if they need to render it in two different ways for whatever reason. It’s pure incompetence.
