chat gpt is wild, i am a software engineer and i use it at work to ask lots of questions about reasonably complex coding stuff and it's often super helpful, but this? no way. (also i could write code that reliably answers that question in ~15 mins, and i am not especially smart or gifted at coding

i logged into vision express to see why my contact lens subscription hasn't shown up - turns out it's because it expired over a hundred years ago, silly me 🙄! luckily they are still sending me some, but they will arrive last year.

a useful thing w ADHD brain is the ability to quickly find connections between things, but does anyone else find it hard to shake the connections with negative stuff? Like I associate all sorts of really innocuous things with someone I have a tricky relationship with like bands they like. It's dumb!
