This #LongCOVID / #MECFS thing is downright WEIRD sometimes.

I'm in my zero gravity recliner, taking it as easy as I can while I work on marginalia for the upcoming Schlock Mercenary book, and my heart monitor starts yelling at me to take it easy. Heart rate was 104.

When my Kia Soul’s engine decided to create a new oil drain on the road, I did not hesitate to have the shop replace the engine. Not cheap but the car is otherwise in good shape.
