The other part is that disabled in Aotearoa are dying at an 11% higher rate than non disabled of/with covid but because Act believes we are a burden on the economy they fight to stop protections rather than keep them

And a lot of people let it slide because we’re not seen as full and complex people deserving of more than this. I’m a flesh and blood human being, not a drain on resources. I hope they can someday fix their hearts.
