spent £10 for a train to get to an appointment, I get to the station & they're letting nobody in because the trains are backed up for a mile. Requested a refund - get charged a £5 admin fee for a refund & the remaining 5 is returned as app credit. I hate the train system here.

if you're planning a group stream for the love of gock please PLEASE test beforehand, make sure connections stable, everyone can join, same modlists in use, etc. etc. I do my best to make sure everything is a stable experience before going live but I feel like a rarity in doing so
