The media wants *something* on him. Trump has so much negative stuff going out, they can’t pretend to have ‘balanced’ coverage of both candidates. Also, they *need* it to be a horse race for ratings.

Facebook is not profitable. I think this is a broader issue in Silicon Vally likely, because rather than focusing on improving core business strategies these companies chase investor hype and stock valuations. Tesla isn’t a car company, Facebook is Meta, etc. The center cannot hold my dudes.

But they never mean what they say. Usually leadership is “who can comb their hair and stay in line the best” not anything like “who can responsibly lead others towards worthwhile goals”. It’s meaningless pap that is used to pad resumes and suck up to the right people.

I recently started ADHD treatment, & my suicidal intrusive thoughts lightened up. They didn’t go away entirely, but overall are much reduced. I know I’ve missed a dose when they pick back up. It’s usually the first thing I think when I wake up, and often the last thing I think before I fall asleep.

If it’s just a villain, the way to go IMHO is to have them show up once at a lower level between levels 8-10 or so, then show up again around later. The players don’t learn the villain’s true nature till the second encounter with the villain.

FWIW, the following are true: 1) Superman will be in the public domain in a few years. 2) Superman began as a mashup of anti-establishment rebellion and an inverted John Carter/Moses. OG Superman would’ve happily stepped up for unions and against proud boys. Reclaiming superheroes is a worthy goal.

I have to be honest, I have very mixed feelings about the degree to which tabletop gaming has become about people making a living. Like, over half of the gamers I know are actively trying to figure out how to make money on their hobby. The “hustlfication” of everything is exhausting. #ttrpg
