I had knee surgery a few weeks ago and have had to sleep on the couch since. Yeah, as my recovery has progressed I've constantly had to adjust HOW I sleep on the couch. "It hurts less this way. Now it hurts less this way."

mine's psychological, from trauma that should kill people, and it's for years I've been doing this good luck with your recovery; physical health is all I have left, and a lot of how I've survived
