What ever happened to Scotland withdrawing from the UK? I know they said no on a referendum before Brexit and I was surprised that Brexit didn’t renew their desire to be on their own.
It's a shame, just because - from an incredibly long way away, not knowing the reality - I liked the SNP's efforts to brand itself as socially progressive and pro-immigrant.
I know it was a corruption scandal (or several?), and I don't even know if those efforts were sincere. Still, seems a shame.
