I was the most skilled machinist at the last place I worked and the owner was very pleased at what I was able to accomplish. Also, The owner wouldn't accept I needed an afternoon and morning break and 8 hours was the absolute max I could work. He let me go after a psychiatric hospitalization.

Then do it for everyone! For example, one VERY common accommodation autistic employees ask for is to have the meeting agenda ahead of time. Unless you're disorganized, you can do this for everyone. Or, say, a quiet room. Who couldn't use one of those sometimes?

Using the argument "if we did that for everyone that wouldn't be fair" really sounds like the point of view of a madman, like an arbitrary evil.
