Then do it for everyone! For example, one VERY common accommodation autistic employees ask for is to have the meeting agenda ahead of time. Unless you're disorganized, you can do this for everyone. Or, say, a quiet room. Who couldn't use one of those sometimes?

When I was teaching almost every accomodation I worked out for "one kid" turned out to improve conditions for all. There was a lot less known in those days so I was running on guessing and vibes though: kids mostly diagnosed as "we don't know why but this kid's floundering" or "pain in the ass."
