You know, Trump was president when he falsified those business documents to pay Michael Cohen back for the Stormy Daniels payoff. Maybe that was an official act, too.

I was thinking about that one. That one won't fly. Maybe if he had brought Cohen into the WH in some official capacity, but Cohen was just a random guy collecting a debt. Damaging government property by throwing ketchup against the wall on Jan 6, that might be debatable.
