Seoul has masking and one of the lowest crime rates in the world.

And under 7 there was an irrebuttable presumption that the child lacked the intent (mens rea) for a criminal act. From 7-14 you had a rebuttable presumption that the intent was lacking.

Thinking of Sanderson’s Stormlight books, where you need some type of brokenness (depression, personality disorder, rage/alcoholism) to gain access to the magic system, as an example where this theme is explicitly foregrounded.

Semi-related I’ve never understood why limited jurisdiction courts (say Tax Court…) are art. 1 courts, and not art. 3 courts whose jurisdiction was limited by their creation.

The right has a vested interest in parts of the admin. state (eg, CPB), and as such I expect we will see a narrower ruling than many expect with a fractured set of concurrence/dissents. Relentless was brought in so you can make it the caption case and Jackson gets to vote on the merits.
