Aside from people connections, I love how he says he's "well off (in scare quotes), but he's been priced out of areas, therefore admitting not everyone can afford to live anywhere they want, yet he completely misses that point.

For trans ppl like me, the overwhelming consideration is physical safety. I've been posting about it since Monday morning. If you can shelter in place, do so. If that becomes unsustainable, then have a safer alternative planned and know your route. Take friends if you can It's life & death for us.

At the same time the mobility in the US and our form of government with states having their own separate laws from the US does precisely allow for experimentation and people to move to/from places that share their policy preferences. Yes?
