It kinda does, yeah! I didn't like it at first. All my friends were sharing scary posts about "Project 2025" and I wanted to say "yes, they have a three-ring binder or whatever but that's not the point. The point is they're Republicans. Heritage is just spelling out the things that Republicans want.
