I agree Wout will probably win something, but I think that will be because the TdF is not his primary goal this summer so he won't race so obviously with his heart on his sleeve.

I wonder how much Expectation weighs on him at this point in his career, having been racing at a high level since he was like 12? I still want him to beat Matthieu tho

I think he's clearly going to be targeting Olympics and using the TDF mostly as training. If he can start hitting form in week 3, he's going to potentially be a beast in Paris. I agree with you that perhaps him being unburdened of expectations will be good for him.
