This is very good, by the always wonderful @gabino.bsky.social. Also, I had an agent who did this to me — "Ghosting you or taking weeks or months to reply" — and it nearly tanked my self-esteem.

Having a bad experience with an agent can be so demoralizing! Getting one is so hard and it's so exciting when you do that the crash is ROUGH
