It’s a weak choice of symbol. If Biden or Trump or Obama or any former president had needed to use an assistive device to walk, that would bot have been disqualifying. This implies that physical disability makes one unfit to serve and that’s not the case.

You can have your opinions on the weakness or efficacy, but I think you're attributing more than what this cover says to it. It does not say "disabled people aren't fit for office," and the fact that neither men uses an assistive device is a cue that this design shouldn't be taken literally.
