ISTG when I first read about the concept of “safe foods” it felt so liberating? That’s what my kid has, SAFE FOODS. Foods she knows she can eat & nothing bad will happen. I also have safe foods! Because I am vegetarian and have food allergies! But somehow that doesn’t get the same commentary 🤔
