Thanks to all the #KidLit #kidlitart folks who suggested food- and cooking- picture books for my kiddo. We asked our library to acquire the ones they didn’t already have.
He enjoyed them all. But his absolute favorite was Lenny Wen’s SPICY, SPICY HOT.
We might need to buy our own copy. 😂🌶️

You wouldn't believe worldwide food staples would be a huge theme on #kidlit and yet... I'm sorta jealous of places where pan-Asian, eastern European or even Indian gastronomy is a common ocurrence. 🥘
