It really feels like these cases are just vehicles to get SCOTUS to throw out the whole church/state thing. And given the rulings they've issued in the past week, it seems primed to work.

Not only are the arguments irrelevant or ignoring history. They’re completely disregarding the will of the constitution. The founders in their day saw heinous acts performed in the name of the church. We need to shout down every single attempt to break down the separation of church and state.
