we don’t think it’s constitutional for a special prosecutor & all the trappings of a proper court system to look at very obvious crimes the former president committed but we do think it’s fine if you just had jsoc rendition him to gitmo

The IRS would be down with being the lead agency on “Operation Are You Really Sure About This, John?” I bet some agents would love to audit the Justices’ books. Hell, they’d probably find a problem with a D justice, and we could pretend to be balanced/bipartisan or whatev and replace them too.

And…ok? Lots of people are tut-tutting taking this power seriously, but those same people also say I should take SCOTUS decisions seriously too. I say let’s just use this power a bit here and there, and see if a new “consensus” be achieved in the aftermath.
