Its weird being a technical manager and team lead in my new role. I strive to do better than “leaders” at my previous workplace, and ive discovered a lot of it is keeping folks excited about their own initiatives, celebrating every win, and giving them the resources they need to do their best work.

Glad to hear! My experience has been the similar, and I actually switched to SunnyPilot for more true “Assistance” than OpenPilots “all-or-nothing” self-driving. Also has vehicle make-specific tweaks which is great.

My job was recently impacted by a workforce reduction. I consider this a cosmic nudge to take my career to the next level. I’ve spent much of the past week tailoring messages to recruiters and honing my resume for specific roles, casting a wide net across the continental US. Good things to come 🤞👔
