The cold Labrador current, which keeps Labrador and Newfoundland cold, would move towards Iceland and the U.K. and Ireland. Atlantic coast of Europe would see the weather that Quebec and Newfoundland now sees.

Among other things, the northern hemisphere would get colder. Europe would be hardest hit.
