i don’t know what standard you are applying to “safely dispose” so i don’t know what you want them to do about containing waste that they don’t already, but on point (2) nuclear plants absolutely do not emit radioactive pollutants into the atmosphere

They DO emit radiation-this article doesn't have it but the testimony we used, it's higher than the level from x-rays. www.nrc.gov/about-nrc/ra... And there has NEVER been an environmentally safe way to dispose of waste. cen.acs.org/environment/...
