Just think, for instance, that in France ministers absolutely cannot be in Parliament. MPs have to resign their seat if named to the government (this is why on the ballot to every candidate is associated a substitute who then gets the seat)

In realtà è fattibile. Bisognerebbe avere un "labeller" che etichetta gli account che condividono quella merda e li aggiunge ad una lista. A quel punto basta configurare il proprio account per bloccare gli utenti della lista et voilà

Fascism had *no* ideology. It was just self-aggrandising arseholes who were in it for the money (and were supported by the king, the police and the capital, both agrarian and industrial, as an anti-communist force)

Diciamo che tra i sistemi maggioritari è quello più democratico. Ma ha lo svantaggio che puoi avere due partiti con più o meno gli stessi voti ma uno ha molti meno eletti dell'altro. Basta che gli elettori del primo siano distribuiti sul territorio e quelli del secondo concentrati in alcune zone

Lo stesso principio (ci si può presentare solo in un posto) è usato in Francia: dove inoltre devi essere residente nella circoscrizione(*) da almeno sei mesi. Magari è così anche in UK ma non lo so. (*) Se la circoscrizione è una di quelle di una città grande basta risiedere nella città

La cosa buona, che però potrebbe essere combinata con il proporzionale, è che ci si può presentare in una sola circoscrizione. Se ti pisciano resti fuori (che è quello che è successo qui). In Italia i "capi" si presentano ovunque ed è quindi difficile restino fuori
