I’m part of a group using a repurposed classroom to run citizen science workshops in Christchurch’s red zone. If you know an Ōtautahi teen who’s interested in nature and wants to learn some entomology or ecology, one of us is starting an after-school club. Spread the word.

Listening to podcast Juggernaut has reminded me there was more to the 4th Labour Government than Rogernomics and they did do some good stuff, eg nuclear free, and maybe I can drop some of my anger now. I do tend to harbour resentment 🤣. #nzpol

Old wooden kitchens were certainly built to last, but often so impractical! My sister and I have just spent three days demolishing mine! Heart rimu everywhere. We've saved what timber we can, especially the long wide shelves with beautiful grain. Am keeping original ss sink.

Is it in the muscle? I had a calcium lump in my upper arm once and it was soooo painful. I had some sort of painkiller injection into the arm some pills and it went away but I've never known exactly what it was and never heard of anyone else having one.
