The one on nebula is also cleaned up with better citations - it just doesn’t have the censoring, but I did update it when I uploaded the YouTube version (so the nebula version is the definitive one, if that’s what you’re asking)

Yeah tbh I think the idea that neo liberal capitalism leading to fascism is causation rather than correlation is deeply flawed. I cannot claim to understand the argument enough to refute it but systems of commerce a play only one of many parts in the crumbling of democracies

While I’m sure some of this “we’re doomed” is spoken earnestly, I think a lot of people ascribe to doomerism because they feel like it’s the only way to get people motivated, when in reality it has the opposite effect.
