I have had an unusually demanding work week and I’m working until 12 tomorrow at which point I’m leaving to go to Vegas with my friends. I am in denial. 24 hours from now I’ll probably be gambling somewhere.

Except my daughter played for years on a soccer team with Mormons who couldn’t play on Sundays and we already can’t buy liquor on Sundays in Texas. Does not sound far-fetched to me at all.

Daughter 3 had to go to a funeral today for the 15-year old son of a coworker that probably killed himself. The whole thing was in Spanish and she couldn’t understand it and it was still so sad I cried about it when she got home.
