Obviously I chose not to stop being fat, so I chose to have diabetes. I could just stop if I just tried harder. (This is so insidious that we start to subconsciously think it ourselves too sadly. i try not to).

I could just use willpower to stop being fat, too (which is funny b/c I don't eat much but my drugs do a number on me, which I can't fight).
