and his mom had to drive him a couple hours to a city big enough to have a hospital to treat him. They released him the next day, too. Didn't even keep him. I'm like, omg the risk of infection! I hate this place some days.

no, she is just happy at times and a little down at others, like every person on earth. I've known her for years and have yet to see any signs of bipolar disorder. I'm not around her all the time. I suggested she get checked out for it but no one's happy all the time.
