“They should throw him in jail for what he’s done” - every MAGAt, at least once a day They are saying that there is a sacred social hierarchy, and violating that (eg putting non-whites and women in charge of stuff) is treasonous. It’s what they mean when The Good Liars talks to them.

Yup. This is where it all started. The “outrage” about abortion and every other nonsense “wedge” issue that pushed conservatives to become more extremist was all a response to the end of segregation.
