Well please God yes. Because when you get a theocracy it’s never the ‘the Bible repeatedly orders us to be merciful to the poor and the sick, therefore we are increasing all benefits and will shortly introduce UBI’ it’s always ‘an obscure verse commands cruelty so we are going for that’.

Hmm. We live in a kingdom where the head of state is anointed with holy oil and crowned by an archbishop. Where bishops, rabbis and other religious leaders sit in our legislature. Where parliament starts each day with prayers and our representatives take oaths on the bible.
