It's criminal that one year later, Governor Hochul is trying to kill off one of New York's most important climate policies ever.

To spell this out for people missing the point, the orange skyline last year was due to wildfire smoke (noted in the caption). Wildfire smoke is connected to climate change. Climate change is connected to fossil fuel use. It is reckless for New York to kill off a policy that reduces emissions.
