Banning masks has nothing to do with preventing crime. Japan has one of the lowest crime rates in the world, and everyone there wears a mask regularly.

Also because of very strict gun laws and everyone pretty much follows the rules. We've seen from the pandemic that most of America doesn't like rules, they just want what they want
