if health is that much of an issue then he should resign, and if he resigns then they should nominate President Harris. even if he doesn't resign, at an open convention they should and would nominate Harris. Biden being old isn't a reason to disqualify her.

The rest of the term is what, 6 months? Surely he can decline the nomination for health reasons without stepping down. Running for President is a job unto itself. He can make the argument he can do one or the other but not both.
