Unfortunately I think that some of the white left has a (possibly subconscious) sense that Black people owe their loyalty and labor to the Dems, and that the mere fact of identifying with a party that's more helpful to POC is all the labor that could possibly be expected of them.

Facts! The math says that you are correct. If "white voters that aren't fashy" increase their turnout by 1%, that covers the "missing" 10% of disillusioned Black men. But entitlement makes people feel comfortable yelling at Black men online, but not comfortable yelling at lazy white voters.🙂🙃

Don't try to yell at me. Go yell at your grandma. Go yell at your sister. Go yell at your kids. The call is literally coming from inside your own house. I'm not here to save you from your own friends and relatives, and I'm not yelling at any Black folk who choose not to vote. 80% is enough.

More than half of all white men voted for Trump. More than half of all white women voted for Trump. More than half of all white people aged 18 to 29 voted for Trump. 79% of Black men voted for Biden. But I've got white people in my mentions, overlooking this to yell at Black men about voting?

And new policy: I'm not arguing with people that don't even listen to Black people. If you come through with the usual "Trump is worse!" Or "Stop complaining!" Or "You ungrateful, low information Black voters just don't know all the good that Biden has done!" then you're getting muted.

Polls that try to tell you that *young voters* are strongly supportive of Dems, are intentionally misleading you. They see the data. They know what I know. They just choose to frame it in a misleading way. You know why.

61% of voters under 30 prefer Biden? Yay! Just like 60% of voters in 2020 votes for Biden. But let's look closer at that 60% that voted for Biden. Let's look at age by race. There is no generation of white voters that voted more for Biden than Trump.

There is no generation of white voters that has ever been close to 60% Dem. There is no generation of Black voters that has ever been less than 60% Dem. 🙂🙃 And "non-white voters" dilutes the Black voter effect further. They need to stop trying to sell race differences as generation differences.

Evergreen: Every US poll that tries to tell you that *young people* are more likely to vote for the Dem candidate, is intentionally lying to you. That's just not true. *Black people* are more likely to vote Dem, and Black people are *much younger*. Which is why they don't show "race by age"
