another three job rejections today, haven't had an interview in months. going to give up for a while since i can scrape by with freelancing for the time being. nobody wants to hire me, that's pretty clear at this point
like, there are jobs i could do out there, but either i look absolutely terrible on paper or there are just thousands of people applying for each of them. maybe time to retrain while i keep my head above water with freelance gigs
It has been trending this way for a while, but I feel like the ecosystem has changed so much in the past year. I'm convinced that job boards are just feeding me fake jobs to extract information while my social media is just "AI hacks for your resume" or "use chatGPT to apply for 100 jobs a day!"
