that isnt a plan. legislation will just be struck down by the court. they need to get the court back. what is the plan for that?

Same thing. Get the trifecta, pass electoral reform (overturning Citizens United, passing the National Right to Vote Act, outlawing partisan gerrymandering, reapportionment of the House, etc.) then expanding the Court to 13 to cement the reforms by rendering RW SCOTUS unable to strike them down.
