I love how the moment you look up an index during group by-apply in pandas the execution time jumps from 15s to 15min. Folks it’s a dataframe, it’s going to have the same index for each iteration. Don’t make me do something cursed like put tqdm in every statement.

If you’ve been in the community you can usually suss out which polycules are unhealthy. Usually lots of fuzzy boundaries, immaturity, and unhealed trauma/people who can’t or won’t go to therapy. There’s no hard rules for spotting a shitty/unhealthy polycule but you know it when you see it
