I tend to notice that sort of thing: whether or not I mind probably depends on how far I have to read in each chapter before I twig whose POV we’re in. I got annoyed by it once - strictly alternating POV except for two in a row ~75% in - because the MCs were increasingly hard to tell apart anyway.
