My hatred for GIMP has me tentatively curious... I was scared off by finding cut/paste/editing so tedious I gave up and just used photopea and Krita. I had no idea someone modded it like this, thank you!

Now THIS is how an author responds to finding out a/i was used on their cover. Stock websites have been ruined by a/i, and honestly that cover could have been fully painted from scratch without the use of of "stock" that was, essentially, just another "artwork" (loose term). Sad that it happened

Finally, the authors of the attack shared their code after we posted our response webpage, because they believe their code is stronger than our implementation of the attack. We found only small differences so far, but are continue to test and will update the page as needed.

Glaze v2.1 is available now to download glaze.cs.uchicago.edu/downloads.html, and will be integrated with WebGlaze later this week. It is not a total fix but a short term patch targeting this attack. v2.1 also addresses several bugs and issues, and is also available for Intel-base Macs.

Security tools like Glaze are never perfect and future proof. Like antivirus programs, firewalls, or spam filters, they need to be updated as new threats arise. This attack is creative and new, we have learned from this paper, and Glaze is stronger as a result.

First, the attack is new, and targets Glaze/Mist/Antidreambooth. The paper shows key results on Glaze v1.1. We reproduced the attack & tested it. It is a destructive attack, ie the attack destroys details in art where it tries to remove glaze.

I follow a lot of cat picture accounts, both in english and japanese the english posts are always "look at this stinky gremlin, my horrible son" and japanese "おやすみなさい、お猫様。お疲れ様でした" which is something like "good night (honorable) Mr. Cat. thank you for your hard work"

be less afraid to create clumsy comics. awkward tangents. amateur lettering. weird sequentials and pacing. You Can Just Make it. you dont need to be trapped in a cycle of perfectionism and imposter syndrome when you could have a finished work instead. print that thing out and staple it!!!
