Things that are wholesome in this world: Because of elseplace bullshittery, the fanbase for the band BTS has decided to move here en masse. My feed's full of them introducing themselves politely to the folks wondering why their feeds are suddenly full of K-pop, who then welcome them in.

Rookie mistake. The Tree Sentinel you see first when you enter the Lands Between isn't really the tutorial. He's more like a skill check for the skill "knowing you don't have to fight everything right away"

Not defending YouTube. But if you curate your viewed content, it's okay-ish. I watch a lot of progressive analysis people, and get recommended similar stuff. Sometimes I land on on right-leaning garbage, but it's rare and I block them immediately.

I had a friend try to get me to play Zenless Zone Zero. I said no. I dont play any game with lootboxes or gatcha mechanics. Why? 53,200$. Working on Infinite Warefare as QA thats how much "money" we had to use to unlock everything during testing. Fifty Three THOUSAND.

I don't think Nintendo thinks this way. They rarely expand on their existing ideas so boldly. But just imagine a minecraft-style sandbox game with multiplayer interactivity and ToTK level of building. People would freak out!

It's a great game. Nintendo is sitting on a goldmine. Creative sandbox games with great interactivity are a billion dollar business. Minecraft is one of THE games to make money. If they use the template from TOTK, add creative freedom, they would win this generation's console war.
