He hasn’t done anything with questions or a live back and forth since the debate, and didn’t schedule one until Friday. Not doing at least one weekend interview was absolute malpractice

It’s abundantly clear that questions raised by the debate weren’t going to be settled be reading off a teleprompter (though those things are still good, and still help!) But, like, this could’ve been put to bed as an issue by Tuesday if he did a weekend interview or two, and a town hall on Tuesday

This feels like one of those times that those of us who religiously and obsessively follow politics may view it as malpractice, whereas the rest of the voting country won't even notice. My guess is it the delay until this Friday won't really matter to anyone but politics junkies.

I would say at least one major one needs to be live in the evening unscripted, too. Needs to put the 10-to-4 thing out of peoples' minds for good which the rally the bext day didn't help.
