My city has an e-bike rebate program to encourage people to buy them. I was able to find a screaming deal on the bike because they’re blowing them out to get rid of excess stock, and combined with the rebate it evened right out. $90 out of pocket from me.

The reimbursement check for my e-bike came today. Effectively all I had to pay for was sales tax and the e-bike was free. Just amazing…it was an impulse purchase that ended up being super smart. Love when that happens.

Somehow my orange cat monster managed to pry the sliding door open and get out for some hunting last night. Somewhere along the way he mangled a baby bunny and brought it back into the house where my gf found it. Hope the animal rescue can fix him but they’ll probably just euthanize.
